Jasper Woods Shaffer, 95, died Thursday, November 1, 2012, at his east Garland home. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 5, in the Fielding Stake Center, 4375 W. 15600 North. Viewings will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 4, at the center and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday, also at the center. Post condolences at www.ruddfuneralhome.com.
