Agreement with USDA Forest Service – Patrol Forest Service lands by Davis County Sheriff’s Office

Agreement with Davis County Constable Mark Sessions – Use of dispatch services

Agreement with Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District for transfer of water right to North Davis Refuse Disposal

Summary action:

Terminate warranty period for LDS Chapel on Lund Lane

Amend fee schedule summary regarding fees for professional services relating to new development

Consider ordinance prohibiting hunting within Centerville city limits between Sheep Road and Firebreak Road

Amend municipal code section regarding firearms

Public hearing, zoning code text amendment, planned development overlay zone to modify tract perimeter setbacks

Chapel Ridge Cove Subdivision at 2250 N. 150 East in R-L (PD) zone. Modify PDO zone approval, which includes changes to right of way and street crossing section widths and setbacks for decks
