ANCHORAGE, Alaska— The 477th Fighter Group at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson has a new commander.

Officials say Col. Tyler Otten took over the helm during a change of command ceremony at the Anchorage base Friday.

Otten replaces Col. Bryan Radliff, who is taking another command assignment at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.

Otten — a native of Marysville, Wash. — received his commission in 1988 from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
