EnableUtah seeks community support

OGDEN -- EnableUtah opened a new Community Services Center last month, located at 2890 South 1900 West in Ogden at the Wheelwright Conference Center.

The new center will be the day program provider for up to 60 adults with disabilities.

Additionally, the center will house job coaches who work with individuals with disabilities to secure productive employment in the community.

EnableUtah has been serving individuals with disabilities in Weber, Davis, Box Elder and Morgan Counties since 1968.

The EnableUtah Community Services Center is asking the community for assistance in helping to stock and supply the new facility.

Anything donated to the center is a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Sought items are:

Couches, lounge chairs, school room type of chairs, artwork, art supplies, an oven/stove combination, Wii and games, digital projector, board games, digital camera, children’s books, televisions, DVD player, garden tools, conference table, activity tables, electronic dart board, large bean bag chairs, CD player, clocks, networkable printer/copier, adult clothing and a carpet cleaning machine.
