Elma Avondet Skanchy died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Nordic Valley Chapel, 2900 N. Highway 162, Eden. Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the church.
