Jay and Jeneil Hardy

Jay and Jeneil Campbell Hardy of Elwood will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Nov. 17.
They were united in marriage in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logan Temple on Nov. 15, 1962.
Both are graduates of Box Elder High School. After their marriage, they lived in Bear River City and later moved to Elwood, where they raised their family on the dairy farm.
They have been involved in local government and the Box Elder County Fair. Both have enjoyed the people they have met.
They recently completed serving a 22-month LDS mission at the Los Angeles Temple Visitors Center, a service they enjoyed.
Their children and spouses are Debbie and Matt McKay of Pleasant Grove; Van and Keeley Hardy of Tremonton; Paula Anderson of Petersboro; Kurt and Cami Hardy of Kingman, Ariz.; and Julie and Joel Smith of San Jose, Calif. They have 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
