Brown-Whitaker
Mackenzie Brown and Adam Harper Whitaker were united in marriage on Nov. 17 in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Oquirrh Mountain Temple in South Jordan. A reception was held in their honor at Smoot Hall, This is the Place Heritage Park.
The bride is the daughter of Brian and Lori Brown of Salt Lake City.
Parents of the bridegroom are Alan and Charmian Whitaker of North Ogden.
The bride chose Natalie Brown as her maid of honor. Natalie Whitaker, Tori Whitaker, Jessica Whitaker, Jennie Brown and Alex Cromar were her bridesmaids.
Groomsmen were David Whitaker, Nate Whitaker, Jacob Whitaker, Jason Brown and Justin Brown.
The couple met in the fall at Utah State University, where she studies elementary education, and his major is management information systems.
The new couple will live in Logan.
