OGDEN — Jody Sears will be given a three-year contract to continue as the head coach of the Wildcats, the Standard-Examiner has learned.

Sears has also made his first hire, adding Montana offensive coordinator Timm Rosenbach, a former Washington State All-American quarterback, to his staff in the same position.

Sears was named the interim head coach to replace John L. Smith last April and will now be given the chance to build his own program.

Rosenbach and Sears were teammates at Washington State.

The school will make an official announcement on Wednesday.
