NORTH OGDEN — The Christmas lights will be turned on at Bicentennial Park, 2641 N. 400 East, at 5 p.m. Saturday.
The Civic League will sponsor the event with the city.
Local choirs will sing, treats will be served and Santa will make his first arrival. Santa will be at his house at the park from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Mondays and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays until Dec. 22.
Letters to Santa can be sent from that location, and if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included, letters will be sent back.
