SALT LAKE CITY — Richard E. Turley Jr. and William W. Slaughter, authors of the recently published “How We Got the Doctrine and Covenants,” will be at Benchmark Books, 3269 S. Main St., Suite 250, Salt Lake City, on Tuesday.
They will be at the store from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to sign copies of their book, and will talk about the book at 6 p.m.
“We hope you will stick around afterwards to enjoy some refreshments and have another opportunity to get your book signed and visit with the authors,” a news release states.
