Police search for 2 men who stole ATM in Murray

MURRAY — Murray police are searching for two men who backed a truck to a store early Sunday morning, then made off with an ATM inside.
Police say surveillance video shows one of the men got out of the truck and wrapped rope around the door handles at the Tesoro Food Mart.
After ripping the door off its hinges, the man wrapped the rope around an ATM inside the store. The truck dragged the ATM for about 2,000 yards before the men loaded it into the back of the truck and drove away.
The suspect who got out of the truck was described as a white male in his mid- to late 40s with brown hair and an average build. The vehicle was described as a white Ford truck.
