Editor, Recently we went on the FrontRunner for the first time, then onto TRAX so we could attend the Bill O’Reilly show the conductors, Dick and Ralph were very accommodating, which was especially appreciated since my husband was in a wheelchair. Then we went on to EnergySolutions Arena, where we again were helped. My husband wasn’t in a wheelchair at the time we bought the tickets, so we needed to go to customer service where were shown where the wheelchair would be accommodated. When the show was over, a young lady took us to where we would board the TRAX to take us back to FrontRunner. To top off the evening, a couple, Matt and Evonne assisted us to our car, even loading the wheelchair for me. When we moved to Utah almost seven years ago, we knew the people had a reputation for being "very nice," but that Saturday was more proof of what a great state we now live in. We wish to thank all those along the way who offered help. Have a very merry Christmas. Susan Christensen Ogden
