PBS documentary features local talent

The PBS documentary "First Freedom" is the initial airing in a series dealing with our unique freedoms. This documentary is produced by Lee Groberg and there are some local individuals that have parts in the documentary. Alan Hall, a prominent business leader living in Roy appears as a judge, Greg Lewis grew up in Roy and graduated from Weber State portrays a protestant minister. Also, his wife Patricia Brimhall Lewis, who grew up in West Point, Davis County, is an extra in the presentation as is their son David Lewis, a graduate of Stonebridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia. He is a freshman at BYU.

This series provides in depth insight into our American history and the freedoms that other in the world can only envy. "First Freedom" will air on KUED on 18 December at 7:00 p.m.
