The Weber State women's basketball team hits the road this week to take on Wyoming and Arizona in non-conference action.

The Wildcats will first meet Wyoming at 7 p.m. tonight, before traveling to Tucson, Ariz., for a 3 p.m. Sunday matchup with Arizona.

Wyoming comes into the game at a red-hot 7-1 and undefeated at home on the season. This will be the third Big Sky matchup in a row for the Cowgirls, having just beaten Montana and Montana State last week.

Wyoming beat Montana 58-56, and Montana State 68-60, two nights later.

Four Cowgirls average double-digit points through eight games. Wyoming's leading scorer is senior forward Chaundra Sewell who averages 13.9 points per game.

Meanwhile Arizona Wildcats owns a 6-3 record. The Wildcats are led by senior guard Davellyn Whyte, who averages 15.9 points per game.

Weber State is one of the youngest teams in the country and the only team in the nation that can boast that its top four leading scorers are all freshman. The group is led by freshman point guard Des Ramos with 8.4 points per game.

Weber State's leading rebounder is freshman forward Kalie Matthew, who averages 8.1 boards per game, good enough for sixth in the Big Sky Conference.
