Classes to stop smoking offered

OGDEN — Weber-Morgan Health Department offers Ending Nicotine Dependence classes, which are geared toward youths who would like to quit using tobacco.

Participants will learn about the benefits of quitting tobacco and will have the opportunity to practice behavior-modification strategies to quit or reduce their tobacco use.

The class meets weekly from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. each Tuesday for four weeks and costs $25. The next class will be Tuesday, Jan. 8.
