Phone service restored at Ogden apartment complex

OGDEN — CenturyLink representative Jackie Lalor reported Tuesday that phone service had been restored to a north Ogden apartment complex at 381 N. Washington Blvd.

“All customers should be reconnected and have their phone line working,” Lalor said in a phone call to the Standard-Examiner.

Residents at the apartment complex had been without land-line service since Thursday, Lalor said.

One resident living in the complex said the phone service had been out since Wednesday and had impacted about 200 residents living there.

Lalor said the service had an impact on just a little more than a dozen families.

The service was restored sometime during the night on Dec. 31, said Lalor.

Lalor said the phone service experienced a technical problem and that customers will receive a credit.
