SALT LAKE CITY -- A marina on the Great Salt Lake is getting a visitor's center, thanks to an unused trailer.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports that Kennecott Utah Copper is donating $32,000 to move and set up a triple-wide trailer for a gift shop and visitor center.
The Great Salt Lake State Marina is about 15 miles west of Salt Lake City.
Marina manager Jeremy Shaw says tour buses stop all the time at the marina just off Interstate-80.
A private outfit called Suburban Land Reserve is donating the trailer to the state parks agency.
