SALT LAKE CITY — Utah’s education system is ranked 38th in the nation, according to a new study from a national education magazine.
Education Week gave Utah a C in its annual Quality Counts reports.
The grades are based on six factors, including school finance, K-12 achievement and teaching conditions.
Utah ranked 42nd last year and 41st in 2011.
