Tom and Linda Rogers

Tom and Linda Rogers of Taylor celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married on Jan. 10, 1963, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logan Temple.

They were raised in the Bear Lake area, and both are graduates of Fielding High School in Paris, Idaho.

Both have been active in the LDS Church. He served an LDS mission in the west central states. During the 30 years

he worked for Del Monte Corp., they lived in Ogden; Spanish Fork; Burley, Idaho; and Mendota, Ill. He also worked

for Schiff Nutrition for 14 years.

She was a stay-at-home mother until their children were in school. She was a teacher’s aide for 20 years, working with special needs children — a position she says that she enjoyed very much.

Both enjoy spending time with their families and their 21 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. They are presently serving as stake missionaries.

Their children and spouses are Cindy and Matt Singer, Apple Valley, Minn.; Jeff and Tonya Rogers, Clinton; Ryan

and Julie Rogers, Clinton;

Marcy and Jason Call, Plain City; Deidre and Adam Reynolds, Syracuse; and Tina and Derek Harames, North Ogden.
