SALT LAKE CITY -- Salt Lake City firefighters say they used ropes to lower a construction worker to safety after the patient had a seizure and got stranded on some scaffolding.
Authorities say they responded to Terrace Hills Drive a little before 8 a.m. Friday.
They say they found the 37-year-old worker conscious, but stuck on the scaffolding near a house that was under construction.
Rescuers say they used ropes to lower the patient in a stretcher, then moved the worker down a snowy hill using a wheel designed to navigate tough terrain.
Authorities say the patient was put in an ambulance and taken to a hospital.
