Public deserves info regarding jail mugs policy

Regarding the notice on the Standard-Examiner’s jail mugs section of the website: “No updated booking records are available since Jan. 15, 2013. The Weber County sheriff’s office has cut off Standard-Examiner’s access to the bulk data,” why has this happened? I believe that the public deserves a reply.
