Drive-thru robber orders food, cash at Taylorsville Burger King

TAYLORSVILLE -- Police say they're looking for a person who demanded more than a burger from a Taylorsville drive-thru.

Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal says a male suspect ordered food from a Burger King at 3975 West and 4700 South about 2 a.m. Tuesday. Officials say the suspect then pulled up to the window and demanded money.

Hoyal says the suspect had a gun on display, and the employee complied.

Nobody was injured.

The suspect is described as a white male who was wearing a gray jacket and an orange beanie. Police say he was in a red, older-model sedan with chipped paint.
