RIVERDALE -- Police have arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of exploiting two suspected teenage call girls.

Aaron Elliott was booked into the Weber County Jail on three counts of aggravated exploitation of prostitution and one count of exploitation of prostitution. He was released after posting $5,000 bond.

Elliott declined to comment on the charges late Wednesday night.

When Riverdale police officers first contacted Elliott on Jan. 16, he was with two girls, ages 16 and 17, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in 2nd District Court.

The 16-year-old, who was intoxicated, told police she had just left a motel and was given money by a man she met there, the affidavit states. Elliott was released by police at that time due to a lack of information to pursue charges.

Police interviewed the girls in the days following the initial contact. The teens disclosed they had been hired by Elliott to work as escorts for his business, The Fantasy Escort Company, the probable cause affidavit says.

The 16-year-old said that on Jan. 16, Elliott drove her to three "calls", or appointments. She said Elliott took her to an Ogden motel and told her to meet a man in a specific room and to collect $150.

The girl told police she engaged in a sex act with the man, who gave her a $100 tip, says the affidavit.

Elliott picked her up after her encounter with the man and she gave him the $150 and 10 percent of the $100 tip, she disclosed to police.

The girl then said Elliott drove her to a Riverdale motel where she engaged in a sex act with another man for $140 and another $100 tip.

The 17-year-old told police that Elliott drove her to an Ogden motel in December 2012, where she participated in a sex act with a man who paid her $150 and a $50 tip, the affidavit says. The girl said she gave the $150 to Elliott and 10 percent of the tip.

Riverdale police conducted a sting operation Friday at the Ogden motel using an undercover john, according to a separate probable cause affidavit.

A pretext phone call was made to Elliott, who goes by the name of Dante for business purposes.

A female from Fantasy Escort Company arrived at the undercover officer's motel room. "The under cover (officer) and the female made an arrangement to have sex in exchange for $100," says the affidavit

The female was then contacted by police, given her Miranda rights and interviewed.

"The female also advised that Aaron had told her that she is to have sex with his customers and required her to have sex with him before he would hire her so that he knew that his customers were going to have a good time," the affidavit states.
