SOUTH OGDEN — Weber Family Resource Center at Club Heights Elementary School, 100 E. 4150 South, will offer a free hourlong workshop on healthful eating at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Recipes and samples will be provided, as will tips on making favorite recipes “heart healthy.” To register and reserve a seat, call 801-452-4256.
The Weber Family Resource Center at Club Heights Elementary is in a portable classroom outside the school.
