Editor,
I am very slow to anger and I don’t get angry very often, but when I called around to find out who is responsible for maintaining the bus stop in front of the Kaysville library, which is the worst, UTA wouldn’t lay claim to it. Kaysville city, nor the library would, so I got very mad. All winter long there has been a pile of snow at that bus stop which is now a pile of ice that bus riders have to climb over. Yet, just a few feet down from it, there is perfectly clear spot for those getting in and out of their cars so that they can get to the library.
Here we are, all complaining about the bad air and what we all need to do about it. We expect those who are doing something about it to be at an unsafe bus stop! And, the worst part is our tax dollars are paying for it, including the buses, the bus sign and the bus bench. By the way, the bench at the library is useless unless you’re over six feet tall.
