City repairs two water line breaks

OGDEN — Two water line breaks early Friday left some Ogden residents without water for a few hours in two locations.One break occurred near 1200 S. 1550 East when a vehicle hit a fire hydrant. The other break occurred in the area of 400 North Jackson Avenue, city water officials said.

Water service was out in both areas for two to three hours. The hard winter weather contributed to the breaks, officials said.
