SOUTH SALT LAKE — Highway Patrol troopers say a table that fell off a trailer on Interstate-15 caused a multi-vehicle crash.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports that the table broke up when it hit the pavement and shattered into debris.
Several cars swerved to avoid the debris and crashed into one another.
The vehicle hauling the trailer ended up rolling, but there were no serious injuries from the mishap.
It initially shut down all but one southbound lane on the highway at South Salt Lake.
