FARMINGTON -- A two-day jury trial has been set for a man accused of sexually molesting a teenage boy.
William Roger Vodopich, 61, of Woods Cross, is charged with first-degree felony sodomy, and one count of assault and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is being held in Davis County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
He appeared Tuesday in 2nd District Court.
The trial is set for May 22 and May 23.
Vodopich is accused of providing alcohol to two teenage boys and forcibly sexually abusing one of them Aug. 7, according to a probable cause statement.
He had entered not guilty pleas to the charges Nov. 13.
