Man arrested for robbing the same Ogden bank twice

OGDEN — A man suspected of robbing the same bank twice has been arrested at an Ogden motel. Mark Allen Call, 37, was taken into custody Saturday at the Days Inn, 3306 S. Washington Blvd.

Call barricaded himself briefly in a room at the motel before being surrounded by Ogden and Salt Lake City police, said Lt. Brian Purvis, of the Salt City Police Department.

Call was booked into Salt Lake County Jail. He is suspected of robbing a Zions Bank, at 1420 S. 300 West, in Salt Lake City, two days in a row last week, Purvis said.
