FARMINGTON -- Even city officials worry about getting perks with credit card purchases.
The city council approved a change in credit card procedures for the city at a recent council meeting, based on something generated by Mayor Scott Harbertson’s desire to save points on city purchases, to potentially save the city money.
The new policy allows City Recorder Holly Gadd to have access to a credit card for city purchases of up to $2,000 per month.
