Amy D. Culver died Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church, 1339 W. 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, where friends may call from 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
