Editor,
I have cats in my neighborhood that are stray and the poor things are skin and bones. I feel so sorry for them because I am an animal lover. I have a cat, but he is not outdoors and he has been neutered.
This is the time of year when the cats especially breed, so if you are going to have animals, please spay or neuter them so they cannot reproduce.
It has been an especially cold winter this year, so have pity on these animals and take care of them.
