Rocky Mountain Power launches video contest

SALT LAKE CITY — Rocky Mountain Power launches its 2013 Act wattsmart Video Contest on Friday.

Through the contest, the power company invites residential customers in Utah to create videos that encourage energy efficiency, for a chance to win more than $17,000 in energy efficiency home upgrades.

The grand prize winner will receive up to $10,000 in energy efficiency upgrades for their home.

The contest will run through May 31 and is open to residential Rocky Mountain Power customers in Utah who are 18 years of age or older. Videos can be between 30 seconds to two minutes long and can be submitted through the Rocky Mountain Power wattsmart page on Facebook or at www.wattsmart.com.
