OGDEN — An arraignment hearing for Idaho inmate Gregory L. Seamons that was to take place today in Boise for the 1983 rape and slaying of 11-year-old Rebecca Lemberger of Ogden has been postponed because of a judge’s scheduling conflict.

The new date for the hearing at the Idaho Correctional Center will be April 2.
