“Joe” Stephen Laddle Russell died Wednesday March 13, 2013. Services will be held at noon Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Morgan Rock Chapel, 10 W. Young St., Morgan. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church and from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday prior to the services. Interment will be at the South Morgan Cemetery.
