Zumba, Foodsense offered at junior high

OGDEN -- Starting this Tuesday night, Mount Ogden Junior High School, 3260 Harrison Blvd. in Ogden, will offer community Zumba and Foodsense classes.

Zumba will be offered from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first class is free, then $2 per class after that.

The Foodsense class will be taught at 6 p.m. weekly for eight weeks and is free through the Utah State University extension service. Foodsense will focus on smart meal decisions and saving money on groceries.
