Phase Two of Pleasant Fields Subdivision was approved unanimously by council members. The subdivision is located at approximately 1375 W. 3100 North.
Community Development Director Bruce Talbot said originally Phase Two was approved by the planning commission, but never came forward to the city council to get final approval. Talbot said that was in 2007 at a time when nearly all development was disappearing.
Talbot said there is no outlet to Highway 89 in the subdivision, instead there will be a hammerhead-style cul-de-sac, which will provide adequate access for emergency vehicles.
