LDS Institute plans presentation

KAYSVILLE — The Ogden LDS Institute of Religion will present “The Power of One: An Evening of Music” at 7 p.m. Sunday in the Kaysville Tabernacle, 198 W. Center St.

This choral music devotional will be provided by approximately 200 singers from the three choirs sponsored by the Institute.

Performing will be Resound, a nonauditioned choir of 100 members; Crescendo, an auditioned triple trio women’s choir; and Choralaires, an auditioned choir consisting of 90 members. Each choir will be featured separately and combined.

The event will consist of selected readings and sacred music including, “How Firm a Foundation,” “For the Beauty of the Earth,” “Come, Thou Fount,” “God So Loved the World” and “The Lord’s Prayer.”

Admission is free.
