FARMINGTON -- The man identified as coming out of a home in January after a burglary, recently entered a guilty plea to a reduced charge.
Robert Santos Cruz, 47, of Layton, pleaded guilty to a third-degree felony burglary charge in 2nd District Court on March 7.
He was originally charged with second-degree felony burglary and class B misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
A sentencing hearing is set for April 11 before Judge Thomas L. Kay.
A co-defendant, Yolando Gonzales, who is charged with second-degree felony burglary and a class B misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, has a court hearing on April 10.
