Cooky and Eldon Cottle

Eldon and Cooky Cottle of Pleasant View celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Maddox Ranch House Restaurant.
They were high school sweethearts at Weber High School and were married on March 22, 1963, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logan Temple.
He was raised in Roy and graduated from Weber State University. He served in the U.S. Army Special Forces. He worked at Hill Air Force Base and is currently working as an agent for State Farm Insurance in North Ogden. He has been with State Farm for 43 years.
She was raised in Farr West and attended Weber State College. She worked for Precision Bilt Homes and Utah Disaster Kleenup. She is retired and enjoys being home sewing, quilting and doing all sorts of crafts. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Both are active in the LDS Church and have served in many church callings. Currently they are serving as guest service missionaries at the Conference Center.
