Who is discriminating, against whom? The people from Chipotle have withheld their contribution to the Boy Scouts of America because of the BSA ban on openly gay boys and men joining the program (March 19 news article, "Restaurant chain pulls sponsorship of Utah Boy Scout event do to gay ban"). Isn't Chipotle being discriminatory towards the BSA because they will not open their ranks to gays?
The ban is a safeguard to ensure that the boys don't have to worry about unwanted advancements from same sex individuals. In the same context could I scream discrimination because I wasn't allowed to join the Girl Scouts?
