MIDVALE -- Authorities say a man arrested in connection with a triple killing at a Midvale house last month has been charged with obstruction of justice.
Police say 33-year-old Davis Romney Fotu offered his truck to 25-year-old David Fresques and accompanying him on the day of the killings.
Fresques has been charged with aggravated murder in the shootings on Feb. 12 at what police described as a "known narcotics house."
The charges say Fotu told police he offered his truck to Fresques and told him park it somewhere safe. Fresques was later found with the truck.
KSL-TV reports Fotu was charged in 3rd District Court on Monday with obstructing justice, a felony.
