Elaine Perkins Roberts, lifelong resident of Kaysville, will celebrate her 90th birthday on April 3. Family and friends are welcome to attend an open house in her honor from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, at Heritage Park, 150 N. Fairfield Road, Kaysville.
The eldest sister of nine siblings, she was born on April 3, 1923, to William R. and Mamie Coombs Perkins. She shares a strong bond with her siblings and family.
She married Henry Roberts, and they have three children: Keith Roberts, Susan and Thayle Anderson, and Amie and David Carrick. She has 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She is a veteran of World War II.
She enjoys being young at heart and helping others.
An active member of the LDS Church, she has served in many missions and is currently serving another mission.
