FARMINGTON -- A 30-year-old woman who pleaded guilty in October to selling methamphetamine faces charges of selling more illegal drugs in February.
Cameo Clarice Deighton was booked in the Davis County Jail in March on a hold from Adult Probation & Parole. She had pleaded guilty in 2nd District Court in Ogden to a charge of third-degree felony possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. She also pleaded guilty in a separate case to third-degree felony shoplifting.
She was sentenced in both cases to serve three years probation with AP&P.
But in February she had sold meth and heroin at least three times, according to an arrest warrant, which was filed on Thursday. She has been charged with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine and three counts of distribution of heroin, all first degree felonies.
Deighton has been in jail since March when officers found a small amount of heroin "in a Victoria Secret's tin found in her purse," according to a court document filed on March 11. She has been charged with second-degree felony possession of heroin in 2nd District Court in Farmington.
