Ted Ligety will get a hero's welcome today in Park City. His hometown will honor the World Cup giant slalom champ at 1 p.m. with a free celebration at Park City Mountain Resort.
This past winter, Ligety won a historic three gold medals at the 2013 FIS Alpine World Championships, had six World Cup wins for a fourth giant slalom title and his best-ever finish in the overall World Cup standings with third.

Former BYU offensive coordinator Brandon Doman has joined brothers Bryce and Kevin along with their dad Verl to form HomeSports, formerly Doman Sports.
In addition to introducing the improved Dominator basketball hoop, first introduced by Doman Sports about 10 years ago, HomeSports will introduce products for sports training, family fun, and athletic skill development and education.
Kevin (1983-86) and Bryce (1988, 92-94) preceded Brandon (1998-2001) in playing football at BYU along with brother Cliff (1996-99).
