LAYTON -- A four-lot subdivision has been given the green light on the city's south side.
In action taken recently, the city council voted unanimously to grant final plat approval to the Kershaw Estates Subdivision phase 2. Dennis Higley, representing Destiny Homes, is the project applicant. The proposed subdivision is 1.68 acres in size.
The project is located south of vacant ground planned for the future development of the West Davis Corridor.
