Regarding the letter of May 19, "Problems with Pineview leaves users dry," every spring when water is turned on there are hundreds of leaks to fix. There are six guys that are working their butts off to repair these leaks. They all have families that they don't get to spend time with because they are working long hours and weekends.
Pineview services areas from Perry to South Ogden. I can't for the life of me figure out why people need water so bad when it has been raining. Are we not in a drought? Aren't we supposed to be conserving water?
Instead of thinking about herself and her garden and that she doesn't want to use culinary water, why doesn't the writer put yourself in the Pineview workers' shoes who are busting their butts and sacrificing time with their families?
