LAYTON -- The Weber County Water Conservancy District on Saturday will host a free garden fair from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the district's Learning Garden, 2837 E. U.S. Highway 193 (just west of the intersection of U.S. 89 and U.S. 193).
Kids activities will be from
9 a.m. to noon.
Mini classes will repeat through the day on such topics as composting, native plants, irrigation scheduling, irrigation-system repair, tree and shrub tours, and soils and soil amendments.
