LAYTON -- Another water company that provides secondary water to residents in Weber and Davis counties is restricting water usage.
Weber Basin Water Conservancy District's Board of Trustees approved a plan to reduce the water by 20 percent to agriculture and secondary deliveries. Those who water lawns and gardens are being asked to cut their watering by at least 20 percent.
No watering is allowed between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Daily water and excessive watering will also not be allowed.
Those failing to comply "will risk losing secondary water service for the remainder of the season," according to a press release.
