CEDAR CITY -- The former director of a Cedar City residential treatment center for troubled youth has been charged with raping and sexually abusing girls in the facility.
Daniel Sandberg Taylor, who was head of Integrity House until his arrest Friday, was charged this week with three counts of rape and three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
Police allege the 42-year-old Taylor sexually assaulted three minors between the ages of 12 and 17.
A supervisor at the house, 28-year-old Jamie Frost, was arrested on two counts of assault. He's accused of assaulting a girl in the program and a female staff member.
Court documents don't list an attorney for Taylor.
